Job Description: The Roman Healthcare Group is seeking a Director of Risk Management.  This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who has at least 5 years of Acute Care Risk Management experience.   The Director of Risk Management develops and implements appropriate measures to minimize the risk of injuries to patients and visitors and to minimize loss or damage to property, all with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the facility.  The Director exercises a high degree of autonomy in performing job expectations, and functions collaboratively with other department directors and hospital personnel to support the mission, the strategic plan, and the goals of the hospital.

Job Requirements:  Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• Registered Nurse
• BSN, Masters preferred
• 5 years of recent acute care Risk Management Experience
• Acute Care Management Experience, Director level experience highly preferred
• Certified Health Care Risk Manager

Salary:  Very Competitive and depends on experience
