Job Description:

The Roman Healthcare Group is conducting a national search for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of hospital-wide performance improvement activities and functions that meet or exceed JCAHO and other regulatory agencies.  The Quality Director will assist hospital and medical staff leadership in developing a performance improvement plan for use in designing, measuring, and improving patient care and organization functions.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• At least three years of experience in management
• At least five years in Quality Services
• RN, BSN  (Master’s Preferred)
• CPHQ Preferred

Salary:                                                                                 $80,000 – $90,000
