Job Description:

The Roman Healthcare Group is conducting a national search for a qualified candidate to be the Director of Quality Management/Regulatory Compliance.  This individual will be responsible for planning, administration, and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.  The Director of Quality/Regulatory will oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory, State, Federal government, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization standards.  Individual will manage up to six employees in Quality, Regulatory, Infection Prevention, Case Management, and Risk Management.

Qualified Candidates will have at least:

• BSN, Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing
• 3 years in Management
• 2 years in a Quality Department in an Acute Care Setting
• Good experience coaching and teaching
• Joint Commission Background –Must have coordinated Joint Commission preparation and participated in State and CMS surveys within past three years

Location Description:

Southern, IL

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
