Job Description:

The Roman Healthcare Group is conducting a search for a Director of Infection Prevention and Control.  The Director of Infection Prevention & Control will foster a culture of performance improvement and will coordinate the systematic implementation of best practices designed to reduce errors and improve patient outcomes. The Director will plan, direct, and manage the activities of the Infection Control Department; will work closely with designated medical staff and hospital administration, hospital departments, and committees to carry out all functions incorporated into the Infection Prevention & Control program. Individual will be involved in system wide performance improvement activities; is accountable for fulfilling requirements from accrediting and regulatory agencies.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• BSN (MSN Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Infection Prevention & Control, in leadership role
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Analytical ability to apply theories, principles, and practices for problem solving

Salary:                                 $81,000-120,000
